Is my region within the delivery zone?
We deliver to the ALL areas in the Greater Montreal Area.
What is the shipping delay for an online order?
All orders will be shipped within 24 hours of their ordering.
Do I have to be at home when the delivery arrives?
Yes, due to the perishable nature of our products, we ask that you be home at the time of delivery. If you are not always home, please give us a 4 hour window for delivery and we will make sure that your order is delivered during that time.
Hours available for delivery are between 10:00 am - 7:00 pm.
What if I live in a condo?
The courier will call you when they arrive so you can meet them at the entrance of your condo.
How is my shipment packaged?
All meat products will be completely sealed in vacuum pack bags to ensure freshness (except chicken). Orders are picked up from our store one by one and delivered immediately after to you, ensuring they are as fresh as possible.
How much does delivery cost?
The flat delivery fee is 17.00$ (tax included).
Can I order as a gift?
Of course! Simply make sure to choose the appropriate address at checkout.
Can I pick up my order instead?
Yes. You can select it as an option during the checkout process.
Can I expect the same quality of meat in my online purchases as in store?
Yes! We serve you with the same integrity that we would if you came to shop at our brick and mortar!
